There are 2 types of electrodes for "ZhivaKrov" and "Rassvet": bracelets or tubes. When using bracelets, you can hold something in your hands, such as a book. Gadgets are not recommended, as the effect of the device will be weaker. Tubes additionally saturate the blood with copper ions. For bracelets with "ZhivaKrov", you need to put a cotton pad or cloth soaked in salt water in the place where the metal touches. This is not necessary with "Rassvet".
